Inquiries are not confirmed bookings
Submitting a form, WhatsApp message, or phone inquiry does not create a confirmed booking or contract. Prices, seat availability, visa approval, and hotel rooms remain subject to confirmation by the relevant supplier and to your final approval.
Pricing and payments
Quotes may change until a booking is confirmed and paid according to our instructions. Taxes, service fees, embassy charges, and supplier fare rules may apply. You are responsible for reviewing the final amount and payment terms before you pay.
Travel documents and eligibility
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health requirements, insurance, and any other documents needed for travel. We provide guidance where requested, but final approval rests with embassies, immigration authorities, airlines, and other official bodies.
